Most projects start with a phone call or an email. We want to know what you're picturing, how the room actually gets used, and what your timeline looks like. We'll ask about a rough budget too, so we can be honest from the start about what's possible and what isn't. No pressure, and no surprise pricing later.

You leave with A clear sense of whether we're a fit, before anyone leaves the house.

For built-ins and remodels, we come to your home with a tape measure and a notebook. We walk the space with you, talk through wood species and finishes, and get into the small details that make a piece feel like it always belonged there. Freestanding furniture is usually fine to handle by email and a few reference photos.

You leave with Measured drawings and a direction on materials.

Next you'll see sketches or shop drawings, a materials list, and a written estimate with everything spelled out. If something needs to change, this is where we change it. Revisions during this phase aren't an upcharge, they're part of getting it right. Once you're happy and a deposit is in, your build is on the calendar.

You leave with Drawings, a clear scope, a fixed estimate, and a build slot.

This is the shop part. Lumber gets picked over, milled flat and square, and worked into joinery. Cabinets and case pieces are dry-fit, sanded, and finished where we can keep dust and humidity in check. We'll send progress photos along the way. Most folks tell us this is their favorite part of the project.

You leave with Pieces built, finished, and ready for install.

Built-ins and remodels get delivered and installed by the same hands that built them. Scribing to walls, fitting trim, final tweaks, all of it happens on site. Furniture deliveries include placement and leveling. We protect your floors, clean up after ourselves, and we don't leave until you're happy with how it looks.

You leave with A finished project, photographed, sitting in your home.

On the last day we walk through the project together. How to clean the finish, how solid wood moves with the seasons, what to do if a hinge ever needs adjusting. We stand behind everything we build, so if something needs attention down the road, give us a call. We'll come take a look.
